Privacy policy

The short version

We collect what you type into our contact form, and nothing else. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it to anyone.

What the form collects

When you send a request, we receive:

• Your name and phone number, which you have to give us to get an answer
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• Your city or ZIP code, so we know whether you are in our service area
• What you tell us about the job, and a photo if you attach one

What we do with it

We contact you about your request, by phone, text or email. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.

Your message goes from this website straight to our email, contact@eliselectricllc.com. The site is hosted on Hostinger, and nothing you send is stored on the website itself. We keep it as long as we need it to do the work and to keep a record of the job. If you want yours deleted, ask us and we will delete it.

Calls and texts

If you call or text (985) 317-4352, your number reaches us the same way it reaches anyone you call. We use it to answer you about your job.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and whether they called or filled in the form. It tells us that a page was visited. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not try to find out. Google sets its own cookies to do this.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. The only cookies here are the ones Google Analytics sets, described above.

Children

This site is for people hiring an electrician. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles your information, we update this page and change the date at the top.
